1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Axinode services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Axinode provides automotive repair and maintenance services including clutch, driveline, brake systems, and vehicle tuning in Malaysia. Services are rendered at our facility or as arranged with the customer.

3. Liability Limitations

Axinode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Warranty

All repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labour, subject to normal usage conditions. Warranty excludes damage from neglect or misuse.

6. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers assume full responsibility for vehicles left at our facility. Axinode is not liable for theft, damage, or loss except through our direct negligence.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. Unresolved disputes fall under Malaysian jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Axinode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
